Episode 22

This episode is a week old. Some of the things we talk about are no longer true- if you've read WoW Insider or MMO-Champion, however, you're up to date.

For the record, here's the RSS feed for our episodes, and here's the iTunes link. You can also find us on iTunes by searching for "call to auction".

The opening track is called Change

  1. Great episode, but the Insane title got nerfed. It was posted on MMO-C like last week or something that the rep was being removed form the requirement. So basically you can take your time and not even bother with Dire Maul now.

  2. I love CTA, but this is the worst episode yet... The animosity of BigJimm was funny at the beginning, but its getting old and annoying. The overall amount of ranting was also a real dissapointment.

I love your podcast, please dont let the quality/content sink.

  3. Please please PLEASE fix the electronic squeaking throughout your podcasts! The last 4 or so are the ones I've listened to, off of itunes, and all of them have that high-pitched electronic squeaking!

It's bad enough that your podcasts are OLD by the time they are released. At least they should be easy to listen to!

  4. I am disappointed at the 84 for profession requirement.

But I am not sure about the "months" for 5 alts. I read more than once about a day played to get max level (20-25 hours). This and the cake could be a lie. But if this is the case, having 5 alts by Christmas would be quite doable.

  5. I also wanted to point out that putting a trainer into an instance is a very old concept. Ask an enchanter from vanilla what it was like sneaking in the back door of Uldaman to visit Annora the only Artisan trainer in The World at that time. To level we had to drag all of our leveling mats (10-12 slot bags were standard) into the instance with an escort to get to the trainer.
